Super Smash Bros. For Wii U Will Feature Much Larger Starting Roster

Nintendo revealed in today’s Super Smash Bros. for Wii U livestream that the amount of characters that will be available from the get go in the Wii U edition, will be much larger than the 3DS’ starting roster.

Players will be able to choose from 40 different characters, more than ever seen before in a Super Smash Bros. game, from the moment they buy the game! The characters included in this starting roster, that had to be unlocked in the 3DS version, are Ness, Captain Falcon, Bowser Jr. and Ganondorf!
