Skyward Sword Themed 3DS Menu Screen Available in Japan

With Halloween being only a week away it won’t be long before pumpkins are being carved, costumes are being created and houses get decorated (if they haven’t been already). Until All Hallows’ Eve arrives you’ll need to keep yourself entertained so why not play some 3DS games? There are plenty to choose from but if only there was something to make the HOME screen a little more interesting. Well, you might be in luck as a Skyward Sword themed HOME screen has become available. What’s the catch? It’s currently Japan only.

If you have a Japanese 3DS or 2DS you can acquire this HOME screen for ¥200 (just under $2) which gives you a watercolor-like panoramic art of Link, Groose, Impa and other characters from the game. You’ll also be able to hear the amazing Ballad of the Goddess playing in the background.

It would certainly make the 3DS and 2DS HOME screen more enjoyable but there has been no word on whether it will be released outside Japan but I’m sure we’ll let you know as soon as we hear more.
