Player Manages to Beat Breath of the Wild Without Walking

Players have managed to beat Breath of the Wild in many different ways, as this Zelda title in particular allows players to accomplish a unique goal in it in the most imaginative of ways. For example, we just recently covered a new speedrunning category that involves feeding all the dogs in Breath of the Wild.
Adding his name to the pantheon of talented Breath of the Wild players, streamer PointCrow has managed to beat the entire game without even taking a step. In his video description, PointCrow clarifies that this means no walking, running, or even “scooting” across Hyrule. This does mean though that any other form of transportation that doesn’t involve Link moving his feet is okay. One such movement technique involves using bombs to move Link (he even uses this to dodge Calamity Ganon’s attacks).
There are definitely some noteworthy highlights of this nigh-impossible quest PointCrow has given himself. For instance, the ways he manages to defeat certain enemies are rather unique, such as pushing an enemy into a body of water using his Magnesis powers or freezing Waterblight Ganon’s ice blocks and sending them right back to him. And in order to help himself deal with enemies at some points, PointCrow tracks down the Majora’s Mask accessory so that way Link is less detectable around enemies. He also grabs the Phantom Armor outfit set so Link’s attacks are greatly increased.
Throughout all the trials and tribulations, PointCrow is able to successfully complete this “No-Walking” challenge in just under seven and a half hours. While this is impressive, you can’t help but feel that by the end of this ordeal: Link’s legs must be killing him!
What do you think of this accomplishment? Would you ever consider trying this “No-Walking” challenge? Let us know in the comments below!
