Hello, everyone! I know the Photoshop Contest has remained silent the past few weeks, but it’s now back and ready to go. The home stretch to Breath of the Wild‘s release is finally upon us. We just need to grit our teeth and clench our fists for another month and a half. And come March 3rd, we’ll have our hands on that sweet, sweet Zelda adventure we’ve been waiting for. I bet some of you are so firmly planted on the hype train that you’d like to ‘shop some silly Breath of the Wild images for us. Let’s get this train a’ Rollin’ and check out the winners of the most recent contest: Beedle’s World Tour.

Most Recent Contest:

As confirmed in a recent gameplay video, our favorite Zelda merchant will be making an appearance in Breath of the Wild. He’s probably seen some interesting things in his travels between Skyward Sword and this new game, so contestants shared some of Beedle’s findings last contest. He wanted to offer a great big “THANK YOU” for everyone who participated.

This Week’s Contest: Breath of the Wild Hype Train

I don’t even have to point out how excited we all are for Breath of the Wild to finally come out. We’ve been stewing for years, clamoring for any idea of a release date, and finally, we know when the game will officially drop. March 3rd is the day we’ve all been waiting for; the hype train has finally reached the station.

The contest this week is to show us how excited you are for Breath of the Wild and to board the glorious hype train. Christening the hype train has become a bit of a yearly tradition for the contest, so I’m sure most know what to do. All you need to do is express excitement for the new game in any way you like, and include a train. We’ve got some images in the gallery below to get you started, but please use anything you find on the ‘net.

General Rules: Submit your entries in the comments section below.

  • To save images from the gallery, right click the image in the gallery (without opening the image in lightbox) and select open image in new tab. Right click and save!
  • Photoshop is not required to enter the contest. Any image manipulation software can be used to create your entry.
  • Some hand-drawn fan art is okay, but your entry must include some image manipulation to be considered.
  • If you use another fan’s original assets or likeness, please try to give them credit.
  • Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages.
  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Informer. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another…and that’s OK.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Deadline: Submit entries no later than Thursday at midnight: 11:59 p.m. PST on January 26. Entries submitted after this Deadline will not be considered.

Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites, and maybe you will be one of next week’s winners!

For those that who want to test their skills with something more challenging, we have a few Challenge Rules for you to follow:
