Spirit Tracks Art

With the Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks less than seven weeks away from release, Nintendo is still hush push concerning any new news available about the game. The Los Angeles Times was able to get their hands on Spirit Tracks as well as numerous other Nintendo titles including the New Super Mario Bros and Wii Fit Plus. You can view the video by clicking here.

Here is a tidbit of what one of the narrators had to say concerning Spirit Tracks.

If you’ve played the first Zelda for the DS, it’s pretty much more of the same. You use the stylus to move around and draw paths along the screen. There are two big differences. The sailboat levels have been replaced with a train. So now you shoot boars as you ride along. And you have a companion that follows you around, and you can direct him to help you out with puzzles. I tried to find out some more info for you hardcore Zelda fans out there. But the Nintendo folks were pretty tight lipped.

There was even a small tidbit concerning the Zelda Timeline, but of course, Nintendo had nothing more to say, responding with just… “So actually, I can’t discuss the timeline officially”, of which the interviewer responded with, “Because you don’t know”. (laughs)
