Nintendo Releases Skyward Sword HD Launch Trailer

Skyward Sword HD is nearly upon us, and the hype train is rolling at full throttle. Joy-Cons and joysticks alike are preparing to deliver some skyward strikes to defeat evil in this classic adventure. In anticipation of this release, Nintendo has revealed an official launch trailer. The legend begins here!
Re-establishing excitement for a game fans are already familiar with can be tricky, but this trailer presses every nostalgic button one could imagine. Seeing Skyward Sword‘s charismatic characters and fearsome foes in a modern resolution is sure to have players ready to take the role of Hero once again. The game’s iconography is complimented by some great combat and puzzle sequences, and the trailer ends on an intense emotional high.
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD releases exclusively for Nintendo Switch on Friday, July 16, 2021. It is also playable on Switch Lite, which is dedicated to handheld play.
