Nintendo of America to Sell Individual Joy-Con Controllers Starting November 9th

Nintendo of America revealed today that it will begin selling individual Joy-Con controllers on November 9th. They will be available for $39.99 USD. As of now, only one color for each controller has been announced: the left Joy-Con in Neon Blue and the right Joy-Con in Neon Red.
If you’re in the market for a replacement Joy-Con, this will certainly come as good news. Consumers will now have some flexibility if just one of their Joy-Cons stopped working or they need one more controller to round out their co-op experience. I personally would buy a single mint green Joy-Con in a heartbeat, but I suppose I’ll have to wait and see if I get the chance.

Do you think that people will buy singular Joy-Con controllers? Are there any other Joy-Con colors you want to see sold separately? Let us know in the comments!
