If you were planning on doing some shopping this Black Friday, Nintendo will be rolling out two new Zelda-related bundles to make your trip on that crazy day a little bit easier. The first bundle confirms that an Explorer’s Edition of Breath of the Wild is on the way, which includes the Switch version of the game, a two-sided map, and a 100-page explorer’s guide. The retail price for the Explorer’s Edition is set at $59.99 with a release date of November 23rd.

Update: The Explorer’s Edition is now available for preorder at Amazon. You can find it right here.

The second bundle includes a Link-green colored 2DS with a pre-installed version of Ocarina of Time 3D. This great starter bundle for any new Zelda fan is priced at $79.99.

I think the prices are great for what the bundles include, and the art on the explorer’s guide included in the Explorer’s Edition looks incredible! What do you guys think of these amazing bundles? Are either of these products on your shopping list for the holidays? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

  • The idea of exploring is to not use a guide, which makes me wonder… is the explorer’s guide an official guide, or just another Nintendo licensed product?

I really need to know what is in the explorers guide before I buy this! Is it a cool art book? Or Is it just a book showing you how to do stuff?
