Majora’s Mask 3D February 13th Release Date Confirmed Alongside Limited Edition New 3DS XL

Edit: The US New 3DS does NOT come with the game pre-installed, or packaged.

In today’s Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced quite a bit of information surrounding the upcoming The Legend of Zelda title Majora’s Mask 3D. One of the most interesting announcements was the confirmation that not only the game itself but also a Limited Edition Majora’s Mask 3D New 3DS XL will be released alongside all other versions of the New Nintendo 3DS on February 13th.

After a recap of previously announced information regarding the game, Nintendo showed off their newest Limited Edition Console, based entirely on Majora’s Mask 3D. The golden coloured front plate shows off a large image of Majora’s Mask, alongside the Goron Mask, Zora Mask, Deku Mask, and Fierce Deity mask, and according to Nintendo the console comes with Majora’s Mask 3D pre-installed,

Surprisingly, both US and EU have a different layouts and artwork on the box it will be sold in, with one standing upright while the other lays horizontally. Both are equally beautiful though, and you can check both versions out in the gallery below.
