New Hyrule Warriors Fighter to Be Announced This Week

A new character is about to be revealed this week for Hyrule Warriors, according to a message from the official Japanese Twitter account. Unlike the tweet that hinted at Fi’s inclusion, this one is certainly much more up for interpretation.

今週も新規プレイアブルキャラクタ、発表の予定なんだゴロ～。

Rough translation:
This tweet is certainly less obvious than the one that hinted at Fi’s reveal. The only apparent hint is the name given: the “grounder”. And that is assuming that the translation is accurate. Perhaps I am forgetting some series material, but I cannot recall seeing any “grounder” in Zelda.
