A recent Nintendo Direct Mini has finally brought some Zelda news to eager fans. Although not the Breath of the Wild 2 information we were anxious for, Nintendo has announced more DLC for the 2019 rhythm game Cadence of Hyrule.
DLC Pack 1, the “Character Pack”, will include five new characters, including fan favorites such as Impa, Shadow Link, the handy item-guy Frederick, and more! DLC Pack 2, the “Melody Pack”, will include 39 new songs to jam out to, including remixed versions of the games background music. You’ll also be able to switch out songs as you please, so you can always listen to your favorite tune! Finally, a third DLC Pack will feature brand new story content starring Skull Kid!
DLC Pack 1 will be available later today, so you won’t have to wait long to play as some new characters! Packs 2 and 3 will be released before the end of October. The first two packs will each cost $5.99 USD, while the third pack will cost $9.99 USD.
A complete edition of the game with all the DLC included will be released on October 23rd. The complete edition will cost $39 USD. A Season Pass, priced at $14.99 USD, including all the announced DLC will be available later today as well; grabbing the Season Pass will even snag you some bonus outfits for Link and Zelda.
