New Assist Trophies Announced for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, No New Zelda Trophies

The last Nintendo Direct before the release of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has concluded, bringing in some new announcements — some exciting, and some not so much. Among the new announcements was an unveiling of new Assist Trophies to be included in the game, bringing the final count to 59. While there were unfortunately no new Assist Trophies based on characters from the Legend of Zelda series, new trophies included the Wily Capsule from Mega Man, Guile from Street Fighter, and even Thwomp from Super Mario.
