2015 is turning out to be a fantastic year for The Legend of Zelda news. With the release date of Majora’s Mask 3D, along with new footage and details, the announcement of a Limited Edition New Nintendo 3DS, several new pre-order bonuses, and even the contents of the new Majora’s Mask Pack DLC for Hyrule Warriors being revealed, there definitely hasn’t been a shortage of new information for us to cover. It’s been three days now since the latest Nintendo Direct and the news just keep on coming!

Alongside the brand new DLC pack heading our way on February 5 is yet another version update for Hyrule Warriors. Version 1.5.0 will bring with it a higher level cap, some new items and skills and additional menu selections and options. Here is the full list of what’s new:

  • Maximum level is increased
  • New mixing materials
  • New medals
  • New weapon skills
  • Updated Junk Store:
    • “Skills Cancellation” added
    • “Skills Advice” added
    • “Weapons Sale” added
  • Updated Adventure Mode Information Screen:
    • “Damage Taken” added
    • “Retry from the Beginning” added

It’s really nice to see Hyrule Warriors get further improvements the more time passes. It’s a great way to bring back players who may have stopped playing the game a while back, especially those that can’t/won’t pay for the new DLC. What do you guys think? Do you feel it makes the game feel incomplete with how many updates it receives? Are you glad to be given more incentive to replay the game at a later time? Let us know in the comments below!
