Monday Comic Corner – Two Birds

In every game the constant “beep beep” reminder when your health is low is really annoying. In many situations, I’ve cared more about restoring my health to get rid of that ongoing irritation rather than worrying about dying. But combine that with Navi’s incessant “HEY!” and “LISTEN!” reminders, and you’ve got an exasperating situation. So what’s the solution? Certainly there is one elegant and efficient way to solve this crisis of noise and health. Hit the jump to read!

And Link goes on his merry way. It turns out Navi was useful, after all. Sometimes, you just have to look deeper than what is obvious. And perhaps the Deku Tree knew. Perhaps he sent Navi on this quest purposely to save Link in his time of need.

The scary thing to think about though, is how Majora’s Mask wouldn’t exist if consuming’s Navi’s life was possible. And I think, for the sake of being able to experience Majora’s Mask, Navi’s small annoyances were worth it. Just barely.
