As we eagerly await the arrival of the official Legend of Zelda LEGO set, we continue to be blessed with hard-working fans engineering sets inspired by the franchise. From the Master Sword to a King Gleeok, from the Great Sky Island to the King of Red Lions, and with all sorts of people, places, and things in between, there is already a wealth of independent “LEGO of Zelda” works of art for us to praise.

Add to the ever-growing list of fan creations this incredibly detailed and creative LEGO map of Hyrule from Breath of the Wild. Posted to Reddit by user __Linky__, the map stretches to 7.5 square feet (about 0.7 square meters) and is made up of almost 15,000 pieces. The depiction shows creativity used with certain elements, such as using an upside-down 2×3 grey piece to represent a labyrinth. There are also remarkably accurate portrayals of parts of the map, like the Divine Beasts. The thoughtful attention to detail, such as clouds over the Lost Woods, and skeletal snake heads to represent some of enemy camps in the fields, showcase the dedication and mastery put into this model. Images below of the Gerudo, Hebra, and Eldin regions, as well as the Great Plateau show the extent to which this is an accurate showing of the map and world we’ve come to know and love.

__Linky__ has let Redditors know that instructions to recreate this model are forthcoming, so hopefully it won’t be long until you’ll be able to recreate this masterpiece yourself. While I’m not a builder myself, inspirational and dedicated works such as this often provide an equal energy of marvel and exploration as the games themselves. __Linky__’s Reddit posts contain other works they’ve done, including a rendition of the Temple of Time from Breath of the Wild.

What do you think of this fan-made LEGO map of Breath of the Wild? What map would you want to see in LEGO form? Write out your instructions in the comments!
