We’d like to thank you for taking the time to write to us with your feedback regarding the Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask Limited Edition bundle. Your comments will be made available for other departments at the company to review and thoughtfully consider.

As all Legend of Zelda fans know, it can be frustrating to see the item you want and not be able to get to it, and we sincerely empathize. It’s a challenge with limited edition products, as they tend to sell out quickly because of their popularity.

We also empathize with seeing those same limited edition products pop up on auction sites. Once consumers buy a product they are free to re-sell it if they wish. I encourage you to check your local retailer once the game is released to see if there are limited edition versions available for purchase. I wish you the best of luck in getting one!

Well there you go. They empathise with you, and if you read between the lines ‘get over it, you were too slow’.

Are you one of those struggling to pre-orderĀ a copy? And if so, does Nintendo’s empathy cheer you up?
