Listen to this Beautiful Rendition of “Zelda’s Lullaby”
Posted on March 01 2019 by Sean Gadus
“Zelda’s Lullaby”, also known as “Zelda’s Theme”, is one of the most beautiful songs in the Zelda franchise. The song, which is featured in a variety of games across the series, has become synonymous not only with The Legend of Zelda but also video games as a whole.
This rich and layered arrangement by SuperTonic64 truly captures the spirit of the song. This symphonic rendition on the song includes lush instrumentation with the sounds of piano, strings, harp, and woodwinds creating a layered wall of sound. The song starts out strong with beautiful strings before gradually adding more instruments, including a boisterous choral element. And at the midpoint, the song reaches its crescendo while blasting through your speakers. It then drops into a gentle “lullaby” version of the song with a beautiful piano and a hushed choir. The song then crescendos again to a final, elaborate conclusion.
