About a year ago a short fan film relating the Legend of Zelda Timeline to the Back to the Future movie series was created, and it was a great success. The Youtube Video has since garnered almost 500,000 views with nearly 99% of viewers liking the video. The video took a humerus approach at the convoluted Zelda Timeline and tried to make sense of it as only Doctor Emmett Brown can. In late 2011, the crew put up a donation drive over at Kick Starter in hopes of raising some money for parts II and III of the series. Unfortunately the group fell short of their goal and it seemed like the project was dead.

Two months later and after Hyrula Historia has been published, it appears the team is back and they are much closer to their goal this time around. Over at Indie Gogo, the team is looking to raise $1,500 for the project and they have presently raised $1,387. They need just over $100 to reach their final goal. You can make the jump to see the initial video they release, along with the followup promo video for Parts II and III.

You can head on over to Indie Gogo to check out their progress and help the cause.
