Link Amiibo Revealed to be Compatible with Mario Kart 8

Nintendo has surprised us yet again with some more amiibo news. Their holiday website, Nintendo Gift Guide, has listed that the Link amiibo will be able to be used with Mario Kart 8. We already knew that amiibo were going to be compatible with multiples games aside from Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, such as Mario Kart 8 and Hyrule Warriors, and it is nice to see that Nintendo is starting to let us know which amiibo will be compatible with which games.

It has not yet been confirmed by Nintendo and could just be a mistake on their part, although Nintendo is notorious for springing news on us without any prior indication – hopefully this is one of those instances. Fingers crossed!
