Last December, the charity gaming marathon group Zeldathon raised $173,700 for the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital during their Zeldathon Forces event. During the marathon, there were donation incentives in the form of Zelda prize packs, each based on a game from the series. One of those donation incentives was an awesome Korok picture frame made by the crafter StellarNan, which we highlighted when she uploaded a video showing the creation of the crafted characters. She promised to get part two of the video, a DIY tutorial for the frame itself, up as soon as she could, and that’s what we’re looking at today.

Using a combination of clay, multiple different paint colors, stencils, some crafting tools, an oven, and of course, a picture frame, you yourself can put together a frame like StellarNan‘s. As stated in the previous post about this picture frame, this craft took StellarNan herself about four to five hours to complete. It’s definitely one of those crafting projects that’ll keep your mind busy. The final product will be something special though; it might even motivate you to finish Breath of the Wild fully and find all the remaining Koroks.

Besides this Korok picture frame, StellarNan has also done Zelda crafting projects involving the Great Deku Tree from Ocarina of Time, and the Book of Mudora from A Link to the Past. She’s an avid game crafter, with her work inspired by video games she enjoys such as Mega Man, Super Mario, and Pokémon. If you ever want to watch her work on some projects live, StellarNan currently does crafting streams two times a week on her official Twitch channel.

What do you think of this Korok picture frame? Will you be checking out any more work from StellarNan? Let us know in the comments below!
