Kick Back with this Soothing Rendition of the Hateno Village Theme
Posted on March 24 2018 by Kristen G. Rosario
For me, Hateno Village will always be known as the place where Link’s home is created, the place where we began planting the seeds for the amazing side quest known as Tarrey Town. It’s definitely a special location. The Zelda cover we’re listening to today helps take you back to the time when you first encountered this village.
This rendition of the Hateno Village theme from Breath of the Wild comes to us from four wonderfully talented musicians: Patti Rudisill, Doug Perry, Michael O’Gieblyn, and Andrew Dunn. Up to eight different kinds of musical instruments were used in bringing this multi-instrumental cover to life. While Rudisill did the arrangement, the tools used for this rendition include the violin, piano, marimba, caxixi, shekere, djembe, uilleann pipe, and the cello.
What do you think of this cover? Will you be checking out anymore work from these four musicians? Let us know in the comments below!
