Journey Through the Scorched Sands with this 8-Bit Cover of the Dunes Theme from Tri Force Heroes

The desert, a harsh and unrelenting mistress that will plague you with its ruthless heat. On top of all of that, the deserts of the Zelda series are home to ruthless enemies seeking to destroy Link, or Links in some cases. Such cursed sands are just a taste of what our heroes have had to struggle through in Tri Force Heroes. But to help them through this tough climate, we have a smooth cover to help deal with the cruel sands.
The cover we’re jamming out to today comes to us from Loeder and is a 8-bit reworked version of the Dunes theme from Tri Force Heroes. What makes 8-bit versions of songs like this work so well is they call to mind songs heard in in retro Zelda games like Link’s Awakening. In addition to this great arrangement, Loeder has also composed 8-bit Zelda covers of songs from The Wand of Gamelon, Ocarina of Time, Breath of the Wild, Twilight Princess, and more.
What do you think of this cover? Will you be checking any more of Loeder’s work? Let us know in the comments below!
