Considering that outside of portability, the biggest difference between Majora’s Mask on the N64 and 3DS are the visuals, naturally that will be a big focus of discussion and debate until the game comes out. While we had a video look, sometimes those quick glances don’t do the 3DS version justice. Thus we now have screenshot comparisons, where you can more clearly see the difference in the fidelity of the visuals, especially with the backgrounds. The moon also doesn’t look so different in hindsight – it’s practically the same design, except the cornered edges have been appropriately rounded.
Then again, whether or not you like these upgrades and changes is 100% subjective. Just remember – keep it Nintendo around these parts. Debates are fun and encouraged, name calling and degrading people for not thinking like or agreeing with you are not allowed here.
