I bow down and marvel at anyone that can juggle the correct ingredients, technical expertise, timings and creative artistry to pull off a show stopper cake! I absolutely love this Link’s Awakening cake, from the incorporation of the Switch into the design to the choice of flavors. Professional baker Stephanie’s attention to detail is second to none, and she has some pretty clever tricks to pull off the overall look of Koholint Island. Who would have thought grain crackers and brown sugar could make sand for the beach? And the effect of the waves with royal icing and a paint brush definitely had a Bob Ross vibe going on!
