With Majora’s Mask being remade for the 3DS, there’s no telling what adjustments and changes will be made. But what about additions? Perhaps gameplay-extending additions, like sidequests? They’d certainly be a lot of fun, but would they add something among the likes of sidequests, and/or new items or weapons to gain from a new sidequest? Hit the jump to read more about the subject!
Now, with Majora’s Mask 3D being only a few months away, there’s most-likely a lot of speculation on whether there will be new additions, or if the game will be more of a simple port. There’s always the talk of things like Clock Town having no loading times, which would be fantastic. But what about sidequests? Now, we all know that, in Majora’s Mask, sidequests are (usually) for the sole purpose of gaining masks. But what if they added sidequests, for other purposes? Say, gaining a (brand) new weapon, item, etc. Or how about just for the fun of adding onto the story? These are all very possible, though it would be difficult to implement these kinds of additions. If there were such sidequests, would you want it to be creepy sidequest? Perhaps, like the quest for the Gibdo Mask?
What do you think? Would you like to see additional sidequests in Majora’s Mask 3D? Perhaps a new item or weapon as reward? Or would you rather keep the game as is? Let us know in the comments!
