Gossip Stone: Should Vaati Be A DLC Character For Hyrule Warriors?

The Legend of Zelda has a variety of villains, each being unique in their very own way. Like Ganon, Ghirahim, Zant; heck, even Agahnim. However, there is one that’s often forgotten, and seems to slip by every Zelda game that releases thus far, that goes by the name of Vaati. Considering the DLC packs being released for Hyrule Warriors, what would you think of Vaati being playable? Would you support him being added to a future DLC pack? Vaati originated from Four Swords, but first appeared as the main villain of a true Zelda game in The Minish Cap. He consists of two forms; a human looking figure, and a monstrous bat with a giant eye. Although I cannot reveal too much information of him if you have not played through The Minish Cap.

Now, seeing as he’s only made an appearance in three Zelda games, you can see why he may be forgotten easily. Especially with those games being Four Swords, Four Swords Adventures, and The Minish Cap. According to fans, Vaati is actually one of the most wanted characters for Hyrule Warriors, and personally, I think it’d be great to see him re-created in Hyrule Warriors. It’d give him and his games more attention, and he’d overall be a badass character to play as. A petition for this very idea has been started, and although it doesn’t need many signatures, the more it’s signed, the better (and the more attention it will gain).
