A post I found on Reddit is what made me happy today...
I couldn't agree more with what effdot said in his/her original post right here:

No wonder this post got 6.3K upvotes (that's 6.3K people who have mad respect for my favorite Marvel superhero)!
I too wish more people in the MCU fandom would talk about all of this because IT IS a big deal (heck I wish people would make long Youtube videos with discussions about this, that would be interesting and exciting, I would totally embrace that type of content if I knew how to find it, if it does exist, and on what channel(s) I can find it).
Also, Sam Wilson is the Falcon, Captain America, the best PTSD counselor/therapist in the world, and a wonderful human being. He's all this, and so much more!
Btw, I have mad respect, admiration and fierce loyalty for Sam Wilson (who is my favorite Marvel superhero) because his heart is pure, because he makes it his number one goal in life to help people, and because he's the most compassionate human being I've ever seen in my life. I would follow him to the ends of the Earth and beyond and I would even take a bullet for him, because good people like him are worth fighting and dying for. I consider it an honor to fight and die by his side.
Kat.
Edit:
I came across this great fanfiction today (it's a fanfiction about PTSD counselor Sam Wilson giving therapy to Tony Stark following his kidnapping and torture in the first Iron Man movie and helping him with his issues despite how Tony treated half of the team during the events of "Civil war" just for disagreeing with his position on government control and big government):

And it reminded me of this article (which btw pointed out that we can clearly see Tony Stark suffering from PTSD, nightmares and panic attacks in Iron Man 3):

And this video (a scene where we see Harley helping Tony stop his panic attacks even without the suit):
Folks, asking for help with your mental health issues (PTSD, trauma, panic attacks, depression, etc) makes you stronger, not weaker...
Together, let's destigmatize mental health and pave the way for a brighter and healthier future...
