I would recommended a bar with higher protein in it. KIND protein bars only have 6 grams of protein and 16 grams of carbs/sugar.
Quest is a great alternative as it has a similar caloric value with 21 grams of protein and only 4 grams of net carbohydrates per serving.
Of course, try to get as much “real”, solid food as possible like beef, chicken, eggs, etc than supplemental bars.
