I'm making chicken drumsticks boiled in a cauldron and Nantes carrot cooked in a vegetable steamer for supper tonight.
I have to eat more healthy now that I suffer from GERD (I have to take Pantoprazole every morning). Fortunately for me, I love things like boiled chicken, porc, Nantes carrots, asparagus, broccoli, etc. And my mother taught me a couple nice recipes.
I am making Homemade Pasta Salad with chicken salami olives and fresh mozzarella. It is fairly hot and humid outside and I was craving pasta. Possibly going to serve it with some prosciutto and fig bruschetta.
