Errr, well it depends.
There's plenty of characters you could classify as "weird".
Tingle can be weird.
I found Sparrot from SS to be incredibly weird and creepy.

no. you are thinking of the word Creepy.(I mean how you said the happy mask salesman) yes, tingle is creepy, but in a weird way(and not the good kind of weird!) The happy mask salesman is creepy in a stalker kind of way (wich is obvious saying the happy mask salesman is a stalker) Oh, and the hand in the toilet is creepy in a gross kind of way (Like rock(healer) from the warriors sieries.) now the queastion was what is the weirdest not the creepyest

I see what you mean, but I still think they are weird characters. In fact, I don't really think that the Mask Salesman is that creepy; he's just awesome! I think it is weird how he can move from one pose to another in the blink of an eye. Aww, I wish I could do that! The fact that he carries a Mario mask on his backpack is also a little weird to me. What has he done with Mario??!!??

I think Guru-Guru from MM is definitely the creepiest... sitting there all day playing the same song with his one-man band
