My Mom is in constant 8 out 10 pain since childhood, I think they are able to control their emotions easier because its been a constant. For those who have had no pain, having it thrust on them is jarring.
Yeah. You never know what people are going through, unless you walk a mile in their shoes.
People with chronic pain I highly respect, they are carrying an unseen (sometimes seen) weight in life.

Its inevitable. All relationships are transient nowadays. I just gotta accept it.
Relationships have always been transient, to some extent. Most good relationships tend to actually thrive in that transient nature, people need space to learn and grow and that won't always be where you are. Come to expect that people won't always be in your life, but accept that the ones worth keeping around will always come back.
That has bot been my experience. I am glad it has been yours.
Give it time, friend. I get it, I've been there, thinking nobody actually cares...nobody wants me. The truth is that the entire time it was me that didn't care about me, me that didn't want me. I know you don't see it that way. I know you think other people aren't worth it. The trouble. The judgement. Start learning to love the person you see in the mirror. Stop causing them trouble. Stop judging them so harshly. That person needs you to. You'll find out what I mean when you do.
I think rather as Zen Buddhism teaches.. I am shedding attachment. I will socialize and discuss, but there is no need to be needed. If anything the course of my life is leading me in this shedding.. so be it.
