niceMade myself some nachos for lunch and they are pretty bomb.
I love Nachos, I buy tortilla chips and get my own shredded cheese, and put it in microwave for 38-44secs. Yum!Made myself some nachos for lunch and they are pretty bomb.
I was a bit bougee with it lol. I grilled some chicken shredded it up cut up some onions and jalapeños topped all that on some tortilla chips and cheese and threw it in the oven.I love Nachos, I buy tortilla chips and get my own shredded cheese, and put it in microwave for 38-44secs. Yum!
Oh grilled chicken on top! Dang.. now I wanna do that next time. Gotta get some from grocery.I was a bit bougee with it lol. I grilled some chicken shredded it up cut up some onions and jalapeños topped all that on some tortilla chips and cheese and threw it in the oven.
That sounds delicious! Now I am getting hungry again.I definitely prefer oven baked nachos over microwaved, even though they take a fair bit longer.
Use unsalted tortilla chips, nicely seasoned ground beef (old El Paso taco seasoning works well!), diced jalapeños, tiny bit of chili powder sprinkled on top, and a nice heaping helping of either shredded blend or tex mex cheese. Serve with medium salsa and a margarita to drink! Delectable.
I used to do that, but I'm recently found out I'm lactose intolerant. Which means I share the same gene as most of the animal kingdom. Oh, and that also means that I get light-headed and dizzy after eating it.I love Nachos, I buy tortilla chips and get my own shredded cheese, and put it in microwave for 38-44secs. Yum!
Is there a good alternative? Like a Almond based shredded cheese or something?I used to do that, but I'm recently found out I'm lactose intolerant. Which means I share the same gene as most of the animal kingdom. Oh, and that also means that I get light-headed and dizzy after eating it.
I used to live in El Paso, though, I've never grown a liking to spicy food, until much later in life, after I moved out.I definitely prefer oven baked nachos over microwaved, even though they take a fair bit longer.
