The creators of ZSS say that the SS will become the Master Sword. But what if it becomes the Four Sword before it becomes that Master Sword? So that is still a possibility.

The Four Sword is found broken in GBA LttP. Are you saying that comes before OoT as well? The FS just cannot be the MS, simply because one appears between two appearances of the other, implying that they both exist at the same time.
