I ware tank tops lol. I won't where spaghetti straps or tube tops though unless they are under shirts. i wont ware a white tank top though I only like coloured ones, the only way you will catch me in white is if it's an undershirt.

I hate it when others wear them because it makes me think they don't care about their self-respect. And I hate wearing them because I DO care about my self-respect and its uncomfortable. To not wear them is A) courteous to others who don't want to see you that way, and  respectful to yourself because you shouldn't be showing yourself to the freaking world like that.

I also don't wear shorts because they are uncomfortable and too short for me (I wear them as pajamas in the summer because I'm under my covers anyway).

I never wear any shirts that don't have sleeves, and all of the shorts I wear are at my knees.

People can go ahead and wear whatever they want; but I personally dislike those kinds of clothes and would prefer it if they didn't.

While I don't wear these types of clothes, I don't condone the people who do. What's the big deal? There's nothing wrong with more exposure especially in warmer weather.

And there really isn't a BIG deal, it's just I hate the way they look especially on my own person. Like...they look like half clothing. Have you ever seen a half-done cleaning job? That's what tankt tops look like to me.

Oh, that was a bad error on my part. For whatever reason, I always think "condone" is synonymous with "condemn". I'll have to remember that.

And half clothing or not, a lot of people find these clothes comfortable. There's no harm done if you wear them in private or informal public situations.

I think it just depends how you wear them/what suits you/your tastes
I don't think any item of clothing is inherently ugly or bad
Sure if you wear like a tube top and a skirt which more resembles a belt then you will look awful
And of course there is a time and place for certain types of clothing.
Wifebeaters never look cool but each to their own I guess. I don't like tank tops either but I had to wear a woolly one over my shirt as part of my school uniform, and I hate anything that reminds me of wearing uniform, including the colour pink.
But yeah my general view is... I don't have one, it all depends.

Sleeveless shirts are not for me. Waaay to uncomfortable ; it feels like it'll slide right off, so you have to keep pushing it up. The short shorts & skirts are a no go too. They are also a bit uncomfortable (even though I've never tried them on). That being said, I'll wear shorts & skirts, but not so short that when I bend down, people can see...things. Being in Maryland, when it finally get warm, most people I know start wearing them like crazy, so I don't mind if someone wears them; I'm just not going to.

On a side note, what the ellh is a A-shirt?

Hmmm well over here it is so common it doesn't even disturb me. *looks at self and notices her tanktop under her sleeveless shirt* As a matter of fact I wear tanktops very often but most of the times under a t-shirt

I wear tank tops all the time. What can I say? I'm a sweater. And although you'd have to put a gun to my head to make me wear a tube-top, I don't care if others wear them. Same with short-shorts, mini-skirts and all that jazz. It's not as if these people are harming anyone else by wearing these things, so why should I care? Live and let live, I always say.

I hate showing skin. I never leave the house without at least one jacket, even in the summer.

I like wearing sleeveless shirts -- under two other jackets.
