Game Help Oracle of Seasons/Ages

I recently bought both Seasons and Ages for 3DS and I am in need of help regarding secrets.

I beat OoA first and used the Holodrum secret to start an OoS linked game. I have received many secrets in OoS so far, but when
I go back to OoA to tell the secrets to the corresponding characters, it says the code is wrong. What do I do? Am I doing something wrong?

The secrets you get in your OoS game are used for your OoA hero game. So just wait until you complete OoS Linked, then return to OoA for your Hero Game.

You should check the codes again. I've played OoX and if I remember correctly, I was able to transfer all secrets from Linked Game (Ages in this case) back to not-Hero Seasons. OoS file was obviously "Clear" with Din already rescued. The only unobtainable thing in this file was 16th Heart Container.
