Infeasible Optional Censor

Would it be reasonable to make the censor (swear filter) optional for those who don't have a taboo on language?

Unfortunately no. vBulletin saves the censored text in the database, so there's no way to uncensor it.

Yeah I found that a while ago too. VB3, unsupported, several negative comments. Take a look at this post too. Seems it doesn't solve the issue of how vb censorship and caching work.

Would like to update that this is technically feasible, but it would take such a ridiculous amount of work (at least, it seems that way logically) that it simply is not worth it, and it may as well be infeasible. With that in mind, I'm going to lock this thread until further notice.
