Hot or Cold Showers?

I have been taking cold showers continuously for a few years now. For me, Cold Showers are not for enjoyment. They are for getting in and getting out. No dilly-dallying for me. They save money, time, etc. I feel like Hot Showers are for enjoyment. When I used to take hot showers, my mind would wonder, and time would fly. Then again, there are different and unique health benefits for both types of showers.



How about you guys? Do you have a have preference or does it not really matter to you?

Cold showers make me feel miserable. I don't know how anyone can tolerate them.

I definitely prefer hot showers, but I should probably dial the temperature down a bit because too hot isn't good for testicular health.

Hot showers are the best. If it doesn't feel like my skin is gonna burn off, the shower isn't hot enough. I would shower in lava if it wasn't lethal. Cold showers are good only for when you want to suffer.

Right after I posted the thread, it came to me that I should have had a warm shower poll option.

I can go for either, but usually I lean hot. Really just depends on how I’m feeling

Sometimes I end my showertime with cold water. But I usually take warm showers. Not hot but just warm

Hot. I take my showers so hot that I can use the heat to scratch my back.

definitely just warm, I tend to overheat while showering so I don’t like hot showers. but cold showers are miserable also. so a nice lukewarm is good for me.

If I'm cold, I'm miserable. So I prefer warm, leaning towards hot.
