Help with XBox Games

I am considering buying an Xbox 360 and am wondering if you could reccomend any games to me. Thanks.

Ah good choice. There are many excellent games on the 360, and it really depends on what you are looking for. However, some games that I can suggest off of the top of my head are:

Those are just some that I can think of off the top of my head. There are many more excellent games, and I suggest searching for games in the genres that interest you. The 360 has many great shooters, RPGs, action games, simulation games, racers, platformers, ect.

^ I'm shocked you left out the BEST game series on X-box; Fable!

There's the original Fable and the Fable: Lost Chapters that were released for the regular X-box, the Lost Chapters is basically just an extention of the original Fable game, so I would skip the original and go straigth for that one, it has one more land an additional story quest and several side-quests.

Then there's Fable II and Fable III that were released for the X-box 360, which both have a much bigger world to play in, more features and options. Fable II had a poorer story, but still was a decent game, while Fable III had a decent story. Fable:TLC is the best one, followed by Fable3 and then Fable2.

What I love about these games are the way you shape your character by the choices you make as a player. You can do "good" deeds, "evil" deeds or a little bit of both and remain "neutral". You can "train" your character in strength, magic or skill, you "dress" your character to impress, invoke fear, attract people, repulse people... there's so many options. You can stick to the story, you can do side-quests, you can take a partner, in later games you can have family...

I also love the Buffy-games on X-box, but that might have something to do with me being a fan of the show

Batman Arkham Asylum-Another really good game.
X-Men Origins Wolverine- Really fun game.

If you like Sandbox games look this up and decide for yourself which ones you like. They all offer different things.

Grand Theft Auto IV-Great story and the realism take GTA to a new level.
Grand Theft Auto Episodes from Liberty City-Two new stories that come from GTA IV.
Red Dead Redemption
Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare-Add on to the first about ZOMBIES!
Saint's Row-Exclusive-Over the top sandbox.
Saint's Row 2-Crazy fun especially in co-op.
LA Noire
