If you use a bag do you wear it cross body or on your elbow or is it a backpack??

My work bag is a backpack so I wear it on my back. My switch case is a crossbody bag.

Backpack!! I hate it over my shoulder and I don't mind carrying it on my back. Everything's out of the way and I got hands free
