I've recovered from the FCB "tea" incident. Unfortunately, today I was going up a hill on my bike, but my backpack strap got stuck under the strap and I couldn't stand up to get more power, and then I realized I was on the hardest gear. I made it up the hill but I started hyperventilating and I still feel like I'm wading through Jell-o when I walk.
