My brother and I enjoy exploring old and abandoned buildings. We recently finished on the Bennett complex. If anyone knows of any (relatively) accessible buildings in Tri-state area(New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts) or any surrounding states, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I swear I've seen a thread like this before.
I've explored some abandoned buildings as well, from abandoned houses to abandoned factories. The abandoned houses are quite creepy, me and my friend once ventured into this house that seemed to be stuck in the 80's and a lot of the furniture etc was still in perfect condition. Was pretty dark and creepy downstairs, upstairs we didn't find much except and old kids room, and an old monopoly board, sadly a few years later someone thought it was funny to burn the house down. :(

Old factory wise me and my friends use to venture inside one that was made into a skate park by some kids, it was pretty cool to see, although a lot of the factory had been looted by thieves. It wasn't the most stable of places either, as this factory was in a town as well it was heavily smashed up by kids.

My old town in Louisiana had lots of old ramshackled houses, but not too many old buildings. My old friends and I used to explore them on our little adventures. We once got into trouble when we went into this one abandoned house that was known for being infested with rabid raccoons and stuff. We didn't stumble upon any raccoons and stuff, but we did see a few harmless snakes. I found lots old toys and slightly damaged children's books. My old house had weathered a lot since it caught fire.

There's an old school in my town that's been abandoned for my entire life. It looks...like it was made in the 70s or 80s, idk. When I was in 1st/2nd/3rd grade my school was right next to it, that elementary school has since been moved and the building it was in is now city hall. On the other side of the old abandoned school is an old folks home.

Rumor has it that the old abandoned school is haunted. The story has something to do with a black man being murdered. What that has to do with that old school I have no idea...but it is the only empty building in town that isn't for sale or rent, so I guess that's the only place this ghost can be. It's been there forever and nobody ever says anything about tearing it down or using it for anything.

Dunno what you think about the supernatural and apparently haunted buildings. I don't even know if I believe that story or not...
