Tears of the Kingdom 3 Defense 30 minute Meal?

Hello!
I am trying to create a 30 minute 3 defense meal for a boss fight. I have used Naydra's Horn, 3 Armouranth, and a Monster Extract but the most I get is 2 def at 30m. Can anyone tell me what the surefire way of getting a 3 def 30m meal is please? I appreciate you greatly if you can!

try using armored porgys instead, I cooked five armoranth and it only gave me armor 2
I cooked naydra's scale, three amored porgy, and a monster extract and got armor 3 for 11 minutes
five armored porgy led to a 4 minute armor 3 boost which is more than enough time as well

Also try cooking during a blood moon?
