My favourite would have to be the Spirit Temple. Actually, the entire desert area was pure concentrated awesome. The Spirit Temple was a dusty, long-forgotten place of worship, and it was very atmospheric. I loved the puzzles involving the Mirror Shield and the Iron Knuckle was kinda scary at...
