I personally would argue that mafia contributes more towards the community than threads like "Post what song you're listening to" or whatever. Mafia has brought new members who do stick around and contribute to other parts of the forum.

If you can choose which ones are displayed within that numerical value, then you could just put one of each of any multiple medals perhaps. Like if someone has won the same category multiple times just display one of the keys.

It doesn't. Which is why arbitrarily limiting which sections count is silly. Haha. But it is nice to see milestones of how much time you've put into the site. Which is about the only use for post counts and at the moment isn't even how it's used.

It's not that people care about the content. My reason is just that I would like to see how many posts I've made overall. Because my post count as is is not representative of that at all.

Why have one in the first place if it's literally not to count the posts you make? Also you just made 3 posts back to back in this thread that should have been one post. And because this section counts you got 3 posts added to your count for "spamming", which you're arguing against.

Anyone who cares about post counts enough to spam is sad. But still what does it matter if they do? Oh boy they have a 1000 post count that they can't do anything with and everyone knows they're a sad person that only cares about an internet number enough to spam.

Yeah unless there can be an option for individuals to make their blogs not visible to the public like there used to be then they should be kept as is. It's much better to have them all invisible to the public than have them all visible because it would lead to a lot of people avoiding making blogs.

That would get too messy with people trying to post at the same time with different drafts being saved. Especially if people wanted to reply to the thread anonymously. It could be hard to tell the anonymous people apart with just one alt. And the trolling would be a potential issue.

I use Default Dark, so definitely that one. But went through and checked all the other themes and it seems Shades of Blue is the only other one besides Default Dark that has this problem.

I disagree. You'd have to remove them elsewhere as well for that point because people definitely use them mockingly outside of the MD too. And sometimes people just say **** so absurd they need to know that, but you can't exactly just tell them that in MD without it being considered off topic...
