Given the portrayed idea that smoothness is supposed to be a prominent detail, the hard edges of the streaking kind of disrupts it and makes it look sloppy. I can't really make anything out other than Mary Poppins. 5/10

looks like game grumps something but i wouldn't know tbh. the background of the banner is textured which doesn't really suit the cartoon flat-coloring going on in the foreground. not the mention the train looks like a sketched illustration, which, again, doesn't really compliment the subject...
