Forlong, I still think you're losing this battle. 425 explained everything in an unbeatable manner. I'm out of this thread, I'm tired of what your saying, and everyone already explained why it's the best. Out.
I didn't say release, I said remade! You're still not getting the difference between remakes and ports! I'm nearly over this thread, it shouldn't be very questionable as to why it's the best title.
I think your arguments are still dry, I believe OoT had much better content than WW or TP. No matter how much you fight it, it's still the best Zelda game made. And no, atmosphere has nothing to do with graphics. The atmosphere is the feel of the game, how it connects to you and how you feel...
You're still not realizing that it used the best if the N64's abilities. The reason why everyone says it it's the best is because it is the perfect combination of all aspects.
What is your favorite Zelda anyway?
After reading you're above post, I still find your opinion to be off, judging by your arguments. I fully understand why you say what you do, but I think differently. It's best for us to agree to disagree. BTW, what is your favorite title? I bet I'd like it too. ;)
Okay, so I read over all your reasons, and found a way to counter them all:
1. All the sidequests had perfect pay-offs. Hunting skulltalas was obviously worth it, with all the accumulative awards and the grand prize being an unlimited supply of rupees. That's one of the best prizes we've ever...
The Side-Quests is one of the reasons why it is the best. They added much detail to the game, which was pretty good. Also, there are 9 dungeons including the last, and that's actually alot!
