(Why am I the only one posting in here anymore?)
I'm making bread pudding for the first time. My coworker brought some in she made herself the other day and it reminded me of how much I like the stuff. I wanted to try my hand at it, too.
Today I'm cooking some pan-seared salmon, accompanied by rice with shrimp and mushrooms in a creamy wine sauce. It's been a little while since I've made something like this.
Today I'm baking sour patch kid sugar cookies! :eek: My students discovered this recipe on the back of our class's bag of positive reinforcement sour patch kids and became interested. When I suggested I could try making them, they got very excited. This will be a fun time.
