Chrono Trigger is factually the best RPG on SNES. I don't make the rules. I prefer other games, but there is no denying Chrono Trigger's near-perfection.

I was never talking about opinions. I like EarthBound, but when it comes to SNES games of that genre, it's Chrono Trigger that perfects everything.

The same could be said for your lust for Final Fantasy. Difference is, Chrono Trigger is far better and deserves far more recognition than it has nowadays.

No, you really aren't. There's a reason why CT gets on all the lists of "games you should play before you die".

...huh... that's strange... then why did RotJ act like destroying the Sith altogether was a good thing? (Now, not to sound like a whiny fanboy, but this is from after Lucas turned to the dark side of the filmmaking and storytelling quality. He did a lot of retconning around this time, and if...

I'm pretty sure Lucas would disagree. Otherwise, why would Return of the Jedi end with no Sith left?

Of course he did, he destroyed the Sith by being a good guy and tossing Palpatine into the Death Star reactor. Now that's balance. I'm operating well within the confines of fiction but it should be noted that George Lucas took a lot of inspiration from real life politics.

Sometimes equality doesn't matter. If people are trying to commit mass genocide and begin an evil dictatorship, they shouldn't be allowed to exist.

    Villains.

I'm pretty sure by "balance" they mean "a bunch of normal Jedi and no crazy Sith guys".

Villains in media are often what define the franchises they come from. There's the good ones and the bad ones. One of the main qualifications for a good villain is motivation. What does the character seek? If the motivation is "because they're evil", then, well, that's a pretty lame antagonist...
