I actually had a similar thought re Exlight. In my experience he usually is one of the first people to get the game out of RSV phase but here he's all 'it's still rvs'. Also agree about Raven.

TBH Rag cast the tiebreaking vote for themselves i don't see any incentive for a scum!neon to re-tie it as long as Rag self votes Why vote the person who is in only one pair from your PoV and not the one who is in three pairs?
