I enjoyed the first fire temple in Skyward Sword, can't think of the name at the moment. Tired. I liked it because it had some unique gameplay elements that I haven't seen in other Zelda games, like rolling on the ball in the lava. That was a fun puzzle/challenge. The boss was pretty fun too! :)
